| Introduction | The purposes of this blog are partly (mostly) selfish. I journal, and that helps get everything out of my head (try it, it works). But my hands are not physically capable of keeping up with the speed of the thoughts. So I type. Publishing posts is therapeutic for me; to allow myself to be vulnerable and share my thoughts with anyone who is interested in what I have to say, or those who are awake at 3:00 am and can't sleep and are deathly bored.
