| Introduction | Web Sant graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiological Psychology. After graduation Web attended graduate school at UCLA where he received a Master's Degree and completed all the coursework towards a Ph.D. in Physiological Psychology. The coursework included a very heavy dose of statistics, including multivariate statistics. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources and operations / manufacturing management, including the successful transformation of a 100-person manufacturing operation. He is now a consultant to businesses large and small on human resources, operations / manufacturing management, and the application of data and statistical analysis to the resolution of business issues.
