Introduction	Attorney Emily Anderson's practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of plaintiffs in employment law matters. Strong client advocacy and client communication are both key to Attorney Andersons's practice philosophy. Attorney Anderson draws on her past experience representing employers in crafting a plan tailored to the unique needs of each individual employee that she represents. Attorney Anderson litigates cases involving violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act and long-term disability benefits cases under ERISA.
