I was first elected in 1991 to represent the riding of Richmond East and was re-elected in 1996, 2001, 2005, 2009 and 2013. I have also served as Minister of State for Childcare from June 2005 to June 2009 and the Minister of State for Early Childhood Development from June 2001 to June 2005. |
