| Introduction | We run a small farm in Farmington Maine. I am the baker/farmer/accountant/clerk, Andy is the farmer/dish slave/marketing director/ co-owner of the business with his parents. We have been farming for about 4 years now. We still have a lot to learn, but have come a long way. We sell our produce/ baked goods at the Better Living Center, Up Front and Pleasant, UMF, and at the Sandy River Farmers Market in Farmington. We also run a CSA. |

| Favorite books | Some good literature for season extension/farming comes from Elliot Coleman. He has a few books, but we really love the New Organic Gardener. Also Michael Pollan's books, and Barbara Kingsolver's Animal Vegetable Miracle. |
