The Hiroshima Report is the result of a research project on Evaluating Performances of Selected Countries in the Fields of Nuclear Disarmament, Non-Proliferation and Nuclear Security commissioned to the CPDNP, Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) by the Hiroshima Prefecture.
