| Introduction | A friend of mine mentioned to me the other day that she often gives up healthy choices at the grocery store for cheaper, fast food type choices. She is the inspiration for this blog. You don't have to give up healthy or good tasting to cook in the real world. It's hard to shop for recipes with odd or more exotic ingredients, so you won't find any of that here. We are a family of five with three teenage daughters and have tried to eat as healthy as we can with the rising cost of groceries. I am simply sharing my tried and true recipes and hope you enjoy them. |
