Introduction	I am a wife, mother and an artist. Born in Philadelphia but spent most of my youth in Wisconsin. My early childhood aspirations of being a ballerina were snuffed out due to my 6'3" stature. So I went from the "frying pan into the fire", by becoming a fashion model at the ripe old age of 16. Thrown into a world of chaos, forced to navigate on my own through the treacherous waters of modeling in Europe during a time of excess in the 80's. Luckily I survived and had some money left over for some much needed therapy! After my "all american wholesome atheletic look" became extinct and the "heroin chic" look of Kate Moss was born, I used that time to study what I love which is design. I attended UCLA and studied Interior/ Environmental design. Simultaneously I met my husband Michael Haber , who is a photographer. We live in Santa Barbara and are raising 3 children, Sophie 18, Ruby 16 and Henry 12.
