| Introduction | There is a 20 year gap between my first and last born and a 15 year gap between the 3rd and the last. Maybe that explains the 25 year lag time from BS in biology to PhD in epidemiology -or maybe not. If that wasn't interesting enough the first one came 3 and 1/2 months early and I came nearly as late in my mom's life as my baby came in mine. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and carseats, teenager, toddler, bearded young men, major hormonal shifts -you name it we got it. |
