Introduction C.G. Matthews is a pen name for Peter Giesbrecht, who teaches at small private school. He writes both for the school and local Church. His writings concern themselves with the morality of Christians and the influence that they should have on those around them. Other topics include concern for Christian leaders and lay people to rely on Scripture, not the teaching of men, in understanding God’s Truth. Unity in the Body of Christ is one of the most pressing issues that Christians face today, as many who profess Christianity do not adhere to It, making it a trial to work together with honest believers. Matthews desires to work together across theological lines and camps to help unify the body of Christ under the commands and requirements set by God directly in Scripture. The greatest command God has given us is found in Matthew 28: The Great Commission  “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
