| Introduction | I think cooking and eating are some of life's great simple pleasures. I follow no strict eating restrictions, but I try to eat with an eye towards health and sustainability. I have locavore and organic tendencies. I'm no vegetarian, but as a conscientious omnivore, I try to eat most of my meals low on the food chain, and am always looking for good vegetarian recipes to help reduce the amount of meat in my diet. I usually cook for two, my dear husband who is a fairly adventurous eater but always prefers meat and potatoes, and myself. |
