| Introduction | I live in Texas with my husband, two Beagle girls, Pebbles and Maggie and our cat Calvin Coolidge. We have four grown children, three of them married and six grandchildren, one who married on my last birthday. I am a seventh generation Texan. My mother's family came to Texas with Moses and Stephen F. Austin. I have never lived anywhere except in Texas. If forced to move, my choice would be between WA and OR. I belong to a group of "Beagle Mom's", Beagle owners of pet quality Beagles from across the United States. We met on the AOL Beagle Board and met in person in 2000 for the first time. We will have our tenth reunion in New York City in June. Anyone who knows me has heard of my Beagle Buddies -- and my "girls". I am also a DOLL, a group of supportive friends who enjoy chatting, sharing experiences and throws. My husband and I are best friends and are looking forward to his retirement. We are both Christians and enjoy our church. Our children gave us our first computer twelve years ago. Now they are convinced that they have created a monster. I will add more later. For now I will just say Love You More. |
