| Introduction | Born on 26th of April at Manipal, Udupi Mahesh Prabhu, or better known U. Mahesh Prabhu, started his career as an IT & Web programmer, after having his Masters in Business Administration he changed his profession and eventually headed some of the finest corporations in the country under various respectable capacities. He has now settled in Mangalore, a port town in Southern India, mainly as a full time Writer. He is, also, until very recently the Vice President of the Mangalore’s premier book retailing chain called ‘Bookmark’ a subsidiary of the reputed 2 billion worth Bharath Beedi Group, he is a Contributor & Adviser to Hosa Digantha - Kannada Daily and Executive Editor of ‘Aseemaa – Journal of National Resurgence’ a premier magazine known for his fearless journalism. His articles are published by The Hindu, The Deccan Herald, Panchajanya, Organizer Weekly, Eternal Solutions, Mangalore Today, Boloji.com, Smile Magazine, Hosa Digantha – Kannada Daily and Mangaloreportal.com Currently he is busy in writing his new book to be entitled “Kautilya: Unleashing the Genius of an Enigma” which is expected to be released by the early January 2008. |
