| Introduction | I am a 34 year old mother, wife, friend, and teacher, pretty much in the order. I lost 50+ lbs about 12 years ago. I gained some back after about 3. I lost again and really was healthy my first year of marriage. I exercised, cooked right, and ate what I should. I also had so much stress in my life that I controlled my eating to deal with it. Since then I have relaxed and gained. I tried to lose before getting pregnant with my daughter but was unsuccessful. Since I have had her I have lost the baby weight but not my weight. I am the heaviest I have ever been and I have difficulty just keeping up. I rejoined WW online and I am beginning a program called the Beck Diet Solution. It has to do with Cognitive therapy. I quit smoking over 2 years ago by using self talk so we shall see if this works. |

If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?
No way. I would have to laugh then say who has a poop on deck. Potty humor is funny for the most part.
