| Introduction | My name is Michelle, or Shimmy, which is my nickname (comes from Shimelle - get it?). I'm a pole dancer and co-owner of the Pole Dance Academy (www.poledanceacademy.com.au) in Sydney, Australia, with my sister Maddie. She is also a crazy pole dancer like me. I have no problems admitting that I'm completely obsessed with pole dance. I train, teach, compete, eat, sleep and breathe pole. It's my inspiration, my release, my motivation and my passion. I'm so lucky to be able to share it with my sister Maddie, who is also my best friend.
