| Introduction | I've been cooking since I was 14 years old, when my mother went back to work full time. She would take something out of the freezer before she left for work in the morning and would call me when I got home from school to tell me what to do with it. I learned how to make meatloaf, meatballs, roast chicken, and other basics this way. I've been married now for 15 years and have two young children of my own and I continue to think of cooking for them as an act of love. We sit together for a family meal most nights, and my husband and children have gamely tried everything I've put in front of them! This blog is my way of documenting the joy of feeding my family and friends! |
