Introduction	Welcome! My business name was born from the play on two concepts, the definition of the word fabricate which is to invent or create and the power of fabric. I was inspired by how a beautiful vibrant print can lift your spirits, a soft chenille can comfort you, an elegant design can tell a story, and a hand embroidered silk can make you feel special on that once in a lifetime day. I have a passion for textiles, sewing, decorating, and creating! I have a very eclectic design aesthetic. I love contrast, color and always, a wink of the unexpected. I am a award winning designer and seamstress of costumes, apparel, accessories and home decor. My work has been featured in a national TV show as well as a national TV ad. I absolutely LOVE a challenge. I am always striving to expand and perfect my craft. I am a wife, and a mother of 5 children, who are my greatest source of inspiration. Creating feeds my soul! -Tara
