| Introduction | Known as Baba to Luke & Cade...my wonderful 'grand' boys! Mom of 2 wonderful grown-up 'kids', mother-in-law to 2 amazing people...all walking with the Lord! Married to my best friend for 40 years. Once upon a time I designed cards for fun called 'Honey Sweet to the Soul' which has become my blog name. These scriptures inspired that name: Proverbs 16:24 "Kind words are like honey—sweet to the soul and healthy for the body." Psalm 19:6&10 "God's Word vaults across the skies from sunrise to sunset, melting ice, scorching deserts, warming hearts to faith... More to be desired are they than gold, even than much fine gold; they are sweeter also than honey and drippings from the honeycomb." When at the beach, can't wait to get up before daybreak with cup of coffee in hand and listen to the stillness, as I anticipate the sunrise peaking over the horizon and splashing His glorious majesty across the waves into my soul! How great is our God! |
