| Introduction | I am Adam Baird. I am a 21 year old Entrepreneur based in Palmerston North. Prior to Property Investing & Business, I was studying for a Hospitality & Hotel Management qualification. Hospitality is an industry that requires you to be working while your customers are not. I am now an Entrepreneur with interests in Property Investment, Business Ownership and Internet Marketing. I have negotiated many Property Deals and have a good understanding of the New Zealand property market. I, with my equity partner, own several rental properties. I am continually in the market, talking to agents, interviewing valuers & learning from those more successful than me. I am continually networking with people who have similar goals to mine. | Favorite books | You need a Rocket by Martin Ayles and Wink and Grow Rich by Roger Hamilton. I was never much of a reader until I came across these two books in particular. Both I have read more than 6 times in the past 12 months. |
