RACE DIARY REVISITED

Introduction	2010 marks the beginning of my fifth year in the running game. Sacrifices had to be made! In late 2005 I hung up my chef whites and in early 2006 my football boots joined them. In January 2006 I joined Chorley Harriers and a month later embarked upon my first competitive race since school cross country back in 1990 - the Winter Hill Fell Race. It was a sorry experience, but i was hooked. In September 2008 I jumped ship to Blackburn Harriers.
