| Introduction | I am a mid-level player of Runescape who has been with the game since 1994. Three years of that time I have played as a member (membership is definately worth the minimal price). I am not an expert about Runescape. I am not a noob either. My current stats can be seen at the bottom of this blog, but at the time of writing, I am a combat level 85. I play when I have free time and as a very nice way to relax and blow off steam after a hard day at work. Sometimes I will play everyday for weeks. Sometimes I won’t even touch the game for months. It comes and goes. The skills I am most fond of are melee combat against NPCs. I don’t player kill (pk) and very seldom venture in to the true wilderness area. Though my combat level allows me a degree of safety that noobs can’t enjoy, I just don’t feel comfertable attacking other people (even though I know many players consider this to be the best part of the game). I also find fishing entertaining because of the goofy conversations going on around me. The Party Room, Quests and Treasure Trails also are an enjoyable diversion. My least favorite skills are prayer (I am not sure if anyone likes this skill), hunting, construction and farming. |
