| Introduction | i graduated from the university of colorado, boulder in 1999. i worked for pfizer pharmaceuticals for five years, started my own homebuilding company in tucson, arizona, and then when the real estate market took a nose dive, i moved to little rock to work as the assistant to the director of arkansas global programs. |

i would continue to acknowledge others for the work they had done to help me get to that point. we all have mentors & heros, that without their guidance & direction, we would not be where we are today!!!
