| Introduction | It took touching rock bottom to motivate me to do something about my own happiness. Through retraining from lawyer to solution-focused therapist and life coach I learnt a whole bunch of things which came to change my life. I still cry sometimes, but it's years since I was last depressed. My hope is that some of what I have learnt along the way might be of use to others too.
