| Introduction | My name is Upendra Batagalla, a banker by profession with total banking exposure over 08 years. Currently working as a Premier Relationship Officer at DFCC Premier Center, Kurunegala. I did my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at University of Greenwich, United Kingdom in 2011. I have a strong interest in banking and financial services industry. The reason is I'd like to empower my detail-oriented mind and apply the skills and knowledge that I have attained throughout my educational background as well as my experiences. I see myself as a people-oriented and over-achiever person. I demonstrated this through working in various backgrounds with different types of people in which I had been able to perform well. My immediate goal is to complete my MBA which will qualify myself both personally and professionally. Ultimately, I’d like to move into management with a focus on strategy and development and work my way into a long-term position where I can build a solid career. Right now, I’m focusing on improving my communication skills through continuing education programs outside of work |
