Introduction	Started my life as a National level Swimmer till High School. Turned to Medicine, MD in Internal Medicine. Fellowship in Obesity and Clinical Nutrition. Specialist in Age Management and Preventive Medicine. Trained in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) with Dr. Neil Rouzier, arguably the best in the world. As a competing athlete I had no issues with my Weight or General Health, but as I got into Academic set up, these things became an issue. This made me realise the importance of Preventive Medicine and Age Management. Thus my journey started into this wonderful field of Prevnting Diseases before Curing them. In this times of Life Style Stress, High Medical Costs and Pollution, in my opinion this will be the future of Health Care.
