| Introduction | Hi! My name is Karma. I started this a while back after I lost my mom then I forgot all about it. After I found it again I had no idea what to write about. My friend Amy suggested fitness. I'm recently going back to the gym. I want to lose weight and get fit! This blog is my journey. I put up the exercises I do and what muscles they work on. I'm having a good time and hopefully this time next year there will be a LOT less of me :) |
