Introduction	Nascido em Santos/SP, publicitário, ilustrador, cartunista e designer gráfico, trabalha como diagramador e capista na Editora Leopoldianum, da Universidade Católica de Santos. Gerente-proprietário da Editalivros Produções Editoriais, participa de inúmeras exposições internacionais como Portugal (2010/2011), Itália (2011), Buenos Aires (2012) e Brasil (2014/2015), tendo seus cartuns publicados em diversos catálogos e premiados em numerosos concursos de cartum, aqui e fora do Brasil. Ilustrou o livro "A Poderosa, a vida da mulher pode ser melhor a cada dia", pela Ed. Oliver e o livro "Debatendo o Presente e o Futuro", da ex-prefeita de Santos e atual deputada Telma de Souza, pela Ed. Interests	Born in Santos, the cartoonist and caricaturist Elcio Prado appeared in several newspapers, and currently provides any services as a freelance for various newspapers of Santos, having his work published on the Web sites and blogs such as greencartum.blogspot.com and illustrated the book A POWERFUL, LIFE OF WOMEN CAN BE BETTER EVERY DAY, released in 2005 by Ed Oliver, and recently was invited to illustrate the book "Debating PRESENT AND FUTURE, " the former mayor of Santos Telma de Souza, edited by Ed Realejo, launched in July 2008. Graphic Designer in the field of creation of the Catholic University of Santos (UNISANTOS) currently participates in numerous competitions cartoon national and international, developing and disseminating their work.
