Introduction	I am a married 26 year old artist (of sorts). In the time in between my artistic play I work at an amazing organization called Nightlight Christian Adoptions, Specifically with Snowflakes, a program that helps families facing infertility consider a unique kind of adoption (embryo adoption). I get to work with amazing couples that found out their family building will be unique, and help them choose adoption. This past year I ended up in the unique position of finding out that my husband and I are facing infertility (like many of the families I work with). This is how I found out that no amount of time spent reading infertility blogs, or talking to families about their journey can prepare you for that news. It kicks like a mule. So I decided to use the best tools I know to communicate that journey, through writing and art, while I discover adoption personally and work to build my own family.
