| Introduction | Who am I? I am a female, blond hair, blue eyed boomer baby born after the men returned from war and the women left the factories. Raised with 3 brothers, my tomboy youth was spent participating in kickball, swimming, school, gymnastics, running and eventually marriage and childbirth. An only daughter, I was reared with an emphasis on marrying, supporting and living happily ever after. As that didn’t happen, I spent many years working in an unchallenging job [single-mom…health care, insurance] until one day I became the product of downsizing. This was the beginning of my labors of love. Returning to college, majoring in Marketing, I took that knowledge base and applied it to the job that I love – even on its worst day – Real Estate. I am Renee Rienas Badall -- a professional, well-educated, full-time Realtor. This blog is a juxtaposition of the Boomer/GenX’r in me. It includes the house, yard, neighborhood, schools, community, taxes, activities, sports, bank … But it also includes social networking, web, Trulia, Facebook, Twitter and all of that… You see, it’s no longer about location, location, location, but rather Relationship, Relationship, Relationship. |
