Introduction	Gay Lesbian and Supporting Servicemembers is a Network of Gay Straight Alliances (GSAs) throughout the United States Military. These chapters are dedicated to being leaders in changing the culture in the military that has been apprehensive toward LGBT service, 1st establishing at Naval Station Great Lakes IL under the leadership of Ann Foster in 2011. Since GLASS' founding, 15 chapters have been established, 6 of them being Command Recognized, including 4 Naval Vessels and 2 Naval Bases.
