Introduction	I am the Jekyll and Hyde of bloggers. I write two blogs that are as different as night and day. The Well-Fed Spirit is about healing oneself from within. It is for those who desire a fresh perspective on difficult problems that most of us have in common. I want readers to know that I understand their pains because I have experienced many of them myself. My goal is to inspire healing through a spiritual connection with a kindred soul. A Bitch Called Mom is the side of myself that I try to deny; the darker side that I used to pretend didn’t exist. The side that needs a glass of wine before family game night and is suspicious of her husband’s fidelity because she's gained 25 pounds. The bitchy side. My purpose is to give a voice to those who might not otherwise have one. Sometimes that voice has something good to say. Other times the voice is a bitch.
