Introduction	Welcome to my blog! Hello and thanks for stopping by! I'm a first time mama and first time blogger. By day, I'm a physical therapist. By night, I'm a loving wife to my husband Scott (married 070809) and a totally in love mama to our first daughter and the center of my world, Adalyn Rose, along with our two furbabies, Vizslas, Veyda & Cinder. When I found out I was pregnant I knew I would "try" breastfeeding. Now that she's here I'm a breastfeeding, babywearing, exclusively rearfacing, occasional co-sleeping, babyfood making, constantly researching mama... trying to do what's best for my little girl. Some people call it crunchy... I call it living better for her... A little at a time!
