| Introduction | I’m a lucky girl! This year I have been married to my high school sweetheart forty-four years. California, Oregon, Texas, Alaska, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, London, England and Kuwait have all been home to us. Some places more than once. Even though I often worried about shuffling our one child, Craig, from one country to another, at thirty-eight, he says he can't imagine growing up any other way.
