| Introduction | I live and volunteer in a Rural community of people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, (IDD). I am a Christian but not associated with any organization that calls itself a church. "Church" is not a building or organization of man. My BA was in Chemistry and Evolution and Systematics. I have a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and have practiced in Rehabilitation Hospitals for 25 years. I have many interest as I built a Radio Telescope for the Argus project of SETI. I am no longer associated with SETI as i believe they many have missed a signal because they had no understanding of advance quantum encrypted communication and what it might look like. SETI is looking for "smoke signal". |

Is it possible to "quantum entangle" microwave photons, as to their frequency, in such a way so that every time the signal was first observed and received the signal would be exactly at 1420 MegaHz but then start drifting in frequency after the observation? Just such a SETI signal was received several times but was discounted because it did not make sense.
