| Interests | it was some time ago while i was making quilts that i read an article about making game boards....i immediately fell in love with this idea, the graphics were exactly what i was quilting, they reminded me of miniature quilts... so it began. i add my slant to the original design, or sometimes wander off into another direction by the end, but i feel their heart in the original piece. i have combined my love of photography and added my love of writing...i share these with you on tags that hang from each piece...a small poem and a photo of my ancestors... i am moved to combine the old with the new for the future.. my blog is just to share with you what is going on in my studio or the small things that i've noticed. no politics, religion....just relaxing and funny i hope... i honestly feel that i have the best life ever...i am truly having a wonderful time of it... if you would like a weekly update of my blog, you can sign up, and hopefully get a laugh or two as i try new things out on this computer...diane |
