| Introduction | Basic Info: I am a mechanical engineer working for GE Aviation in the Turboshaft/Turboprop Performance group. I love working on the helicopter engines and knowing I play a role in helping our military do their job. I am a Pampered Chef consultant as well. I grew up cooking and baking with my family. Starting my own Pampered Chef business has been an amazing opportunity for me to earn the extra money I needed while cooking and earning lots of free stuff :) I am a runner. If you had told me that before the age of 23 I would have laughed at you. I was lucky enough to join Team in Training and raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society while training for my 1st marathon. Since then I've run a total of 5 marathons and have made some amazing friends. I am a crossfitter. My new passion and one of the reasons I am doing this blog. Crossfit has empowered me to believe I can do and be more than I ever thought. |
