Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
There is probably some lonely fish out there who wants a bicycle. He's probably named Harold. He probably never quite fit in with the other fish, and he probably stared out of his fishbowl late at night and wondered why he didn't have legs. He probably had some sort of hidden talent, like being able to put 50 of those little pebbles in his mouth. He's probably been in a Dr. Seus book or two.
