Introduction	I am a 27 year old Follower of Christ, Wife and Mother. I suffer from a type of Dysautonomia called Postual Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Although I may look normal on the outside, I am far from ok on the inside. Simple involuntary bodily functions that most people take for granted, are extremely difficult for me. My body does not regulate my heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, digestion and the list goes on. There is no cure for POTS and there are a myriad of causes that are extremely difficult or impossible to pinpoint. In my case, we are 99.9% sure my cause was pregnancy. I created this blog to raise awareness for this rare but debilitating illness. I encourage everyone to become educated! A little knowledge never hurt anyone :)
