| Introduction | I'm from the state of Maryland. Since 1980 I have been working in Eastern Europe. We have touched the lives of hundreds of people over the years. Some were in great need and we could help them during a very trying time in their life. Since 1996 I have been the founder and director of Casa Shalom, a children's home for orphans,and those living in dysfunctional families. This has been a real challenge over the years. Over 70 children came through our home and some stayed for only days and others up to 12 yrs. with us. Now we are looking at new programs that God has put on our heart. New ways to reach out to this younger generation. |
