Introduction	This is me...I am a 28 year old female who is married to her best friend. Since my wedding I have gained weight. April 14, 2008, I was at my heaviest that I have ever been (I am a woman so I will not disclose how much that was). I have been on an exercise program and working on what I eat. Hopefully I will be able to keep track of everything that I do here.....so here it starts......
