| Introduction | I have 18 year old triplets and my husband of 23 years, Tom. I have a family blog and my weight-loss blog. The family one is for whoever wants to read it. I'm 44 years old and overweight. I'm sick of being uncomfortable in my own body and really hate running into people from my past that only knew me when I was thin. I'm embarrassed by how I've let myself go. I want to feel good again. I want more energy. My husband, Tom and my teenage triplets will be my support system along my journey to 150lbs. I CAN DO IT! |
