Introduction	As long time frozen food connoisseurs we recently began dabbling in the art of cooking. Vegetarian and vegan cooking that is, we enjoy tweaking cookbook recipes which can turn out to be delightful or disastrous; luckily this has not scared us back to the frozen food isle yet.
