Introduction	This is my first blog and it's a constant work in progress. I've been riding motorcycles for about 15 years and finished one entry-level Iron Butt ride, 1,000 miles in 19 hours. I've learned a little during all this time on the bike but I know -- I know -- there's much more to learn. I work at a large newspaper in Virginia and I'm a student at George Mason University. I'm slowly learning how to speak Slovak and my distant hope is to ride around the world someday.
