Introduction	I have 4 year degree in interior design and 10 years experience as a designer in the contract furniture industry. My mother taught me to sew when I was a child. As a teenager, I sewed a lot of my own clothes and was even contracted to sew clothes, one prom dress, and home decor items for a number of different people. I have now branched out into quilting and have made several quilts over the past 4 years. What I enjoy most about sewing is selecting the materials and visualizing the end result.
