| Introduction | I am a management consultant with one of the Big 4 accounting firms. The focus of my work is assisting clients with two key elements of improving thier business: 1) How to plan better and track progress more effectively 2) How to cut costs and optimize functional or process performance I also write articles and speak at conferences on leading business practices on topics such as outsourcing, shared services, and financial planning. I grew up in Edmonton during the glory years of the Oilers. I have been a fan of the team since I was 10 and have continued to follow their progress despite moving out of the province in 1993. |
