| Introduction | I have studied 3 years at the do-in academy in Leiden to become a do-in yoga teacher and I currently follow a study to become shiatsu practitioner. I am amazed by the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and I would like to share my knowledge, tips and exercises to enable others to live a physical and mental healthy life. My goal is it to open my own practice for private shiatsu and do-in consultations and to continue to share my knowledge by writing about what I am learning. |
