Introduction	I am a Child of God, Lutheran pastor, daughter, sister, aunty, and I pray one day soon...a mother. This is my journey through ministry,daily life, and health challenges. More importantly, it will soon document what is closest to my heart: my journey through the foster to adopt program. God has placed on my heart the gift of honoring the call we are given in James 1:27 to care for the orphan. I plan to adopt a child (or children) who happen to have special needs. I cannot wait to become a mother and believe it to be my greatest and most awesome calling.
