Introduction	My name's Charlotte. I am an English woman in Paris. I moved to France not only for it’s history, culture, and non conformist outlook but most importantly for it’s cuisine. Life in France is not about bar hopping and fast food, it’s about making the most of the time we have, savouring and enjoying life through food, community and respite. 10 years on, I have a beautiful daughter to my partner, who is from Mali. Home life is as mutli cultural as it gets. This is my journey of breaking down stereotypes and embracing differences between the French, the British & the African.
