Introduction	Started triathlon in 2007 after watching the Salford Quays event the year earlier. Previous sport was mainly football with a bit of running and the occasional Mountain Marathon event. I had to stop football due to knee injury sustained during one of my many late tackles. 5 years later, and 3 stone heavier, we get to 2007 and my introduction to the world of triathlon. I'm a Level 1 Triathlon Coach and have coached at Manchester Tri Club. Due to work and my own training commitments I don't have opportunity to coach at the moment
