| Introduction | Greetings! My name is Lauren Nicolas, I am a freelance writer and portrait artist. I'm a Houston native (which means I am quite used to the piping hot, you hear me New Mexico?). Additionally, both my daughter and husband are painters, very talented ones if I may say so, my husband has been painting for many years. We also share a house with two lovely chickens, named Bellina and ButterScotch. I am currently working smart and mighty on my debut fiction novel, and I cannot wait for everyone to read it, truly, you cannot imagine how hard I've worked on this.
